7 years almost to the day after the game was announced at the VGX Awards and over 4 years after launch, No Man’s Sky has seen off a field of industry behemoths (Fortnite, Destiny, Call of Duty and Apex Legends) to win “Best Ongoing Game” at the 2020 Game Awards.
